Working in all phases and various roles of production, architecture, and project management, Candice excels at needs assessments, programming, strategic planning, renovations and upgrades to new facilities, and construction administration. She works directly with facility owners and user groups to understand, develop, and meet their operational goals, needs, and maintenance requirements.
